We allow up to 2 business days to package and post your order. If we can foresee any reasonable interruption to this timeframe, we will contact you as soon as possible and notify you of the situation.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel all or part of your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund (and our apologies), or suggest reasonable alternative products that may suit your needs.

Returns Policy

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return at item because you've changed your mind, you may send it back for a refund or exchange if the item is unopened and intact. Postage charges will be at your own expense.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives to you damaged in transit or if it is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund, with postage charges covered.


If you wish to return a product in store for a refund, please provide proof of purchase. Returns on goods will only be accepted if the product is returned undamaged and intact, unless the product is covered under the Faulty / Damaged Items sections of the returns policy.
