Refund and Return Policy:
If you have purchased a LoveLuvo product from one of our stockists and are looking to return or receive a refund, please contact the store you purchased from directly.
If you have purchased directly from LoveLuvo instore or online, we accept returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Please contact our team with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly on 03 9396 1822.
For change of mind returns, we can accept returns within 30 days along with proof of purchase and we will provide a store credit or a replacement product.
Please note, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will not cover shipping costs. We will process the exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
We accept payments for online orders via the safe, secure, TLS (SSL) payment option, Stripe.
We use Australia Post and local courier services for shipping. Orders are carefully and securely packaged so that your products arrive in perfect condition. Tracking is provided for each order.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for postage WITHIN AUSTRALIA.
